Inspector Matt Paisley has been a police officer for over 20 years. Throughout his career he has focussed on a proactive approach to neighbourhood policing, with a strong problem-solving ethic. An Inspector since 2019, Matt has commanded the locality of Bury St Edmunds, been the tactical lead for anti-social behaviour, licensing and rural & wildlife crime, worked as the Staff Officer to the Suffolk Chief Officer Team, and supported the Learning & Development department. In October 2025, Matt became the Locality Inspector for Sudbury & Haverhill, an area he knows particularly well having policed Sudbury at both PC and Sergeant ranks.
Jordan Marlow is the Community Policing Sergeant for Haverhill and surrounding villages. Jordan joined Suffolk Constabulary in 2017 and worked in Haverhill as a PC for around four years, before moving to work in Bury St Edmunds on promotion to Sergeant. Jordan then returned to Haverhill to lead the CPT in June 2025. Jordan is passionate about community policing and looks forward to the opportunity to address local issues and demands whilst providing a visible presence to members of the public.
Pc Oakley is the Community Beat Officer for South and East Haverhill which encompasses Clements, Chalkstone, Town Centre, Wilsey and Industrial Estate. Pc Oakley has always served in Haverhill.
PC Smith began his career as a Police Constable in January 2022, working on a response team in Forest Heath before moving to Haverhill in 2023. In 2025, PC Smith briefly worked as part of the Newmarket Community Policing Team before being seconded to the Kestrel proactive team. He joined the Haverhill Community Policing Team as a beat officer for Haverhill South and East in March 2026.
