Anti-social behaviour in the Rickinghall and Bottesdale area on Friday evenings specifically outside the Co-Op in Rickinghall
Action taken:
You said Anti-social behaviour in Rickinghall and Bottesdale was occurring on Friday nights. We did high visibility patrols on Friday evenings in the area and working with the local youth club on Friday evenings to ensure that all children in the area were attending the youth club. We also worked with local schools to identify children involved issuing warning letters.

Preventing Acquisitive Crime. There has been a rise in burglaries and thefts across the local area, including incidents targeting homes, sheds, and rural properties.

You said there has been a rise in burglaries and theft in rural communities. We did targeted patrols and investigations to deter offenders and support affected communities.

Reducing Retail Crime. Retail crime remains a growing concern both locally and nationally.
Action taken:
You said there has been an increase in retail crime in local communities. We did engagement and supporting businesses in Stowmarket town centre to identify repeat offenders, provide crime prevention advice, and take swift action to reduce theft and improve safety.
