Police have been conducting Section 8 visits to addresses linked to drugs use and dealing, alongside working with partner agencies around enforcement action.
Police have also been conducting patrols in identified Hotspot areas for the proactive prevention and identification of drug related issues.

Police have been conducting visible patrols in the relevant areas for the proactive detection and prevention of crime. Alongside this police have been working closely with partners like the Parish Council, and ensuring crime prevention advice is made known to residents in the area

Police have been engaging with local residents, and encouraging people to report issues or suspicious activity as/when it occurs

Police have been conducting visible patrols in a number of localities, speaking to local residents and providing crime prevention advice under Op First Principle and issuing Smart Water kits where applicable. Officers have liaised with local neighbourhood watch groups and parish councils regarding any recent incidents. Foot patrols have been conducted in a number of different rural villages in addition to a number of street meets advertised through the Suffolk Police website.
