- Leiston SNT covers the following areas: Leiston, Aldeburgh, Saxmundham, Framlingham, and Hacheston.
- The town of Leiston is just inland from the Suffolk coast near to Aldeburgh and Saxmundham.
- Saxmundham is a market town on the River Fromus and is at the centre of Suffolk’s Heritage Coast region.
- Aldeburgh is a pretty coastal town on the river Alde. The town's past and present is closely linked to the area's constantly evolving coastline.
- The market town of Framlingham has been around since Anglo Saxon times and is home to Framlingham Castle.
