Two men have appeared in court charged with drug and other offences in Bures.
Officers executed a warrant at an address in the village on Monday 12 May, where a quantity of cash and drugs were seized.
One man was arrested at the property, and another man was arrested out of county.
Steward Howard, aged 51, and 49-year-old Robin Clague, both of Friends Field, have subsequently been charged with the following offences
Both appeared before Ipswich Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, 13 May, where they were remanded by the court to appear at Ipswich Crown Court on 10 June.
A 21-year-old man was arrested in Assington on 12 May on suspicion of money laundering and being concerned in the supply of a controlled drug, namely cocaine. He has been released on police bail, pending further enquiries, until 21 July 2025.
