Police are appealing for witnesses to an assault in Lowestoft.
The incident occurred on Gordon Road at some point between 9:15am – 9:25am yesterday, Thursday 8 May.
Following a brief exchange, a man – believed to be aged in his 20s – reportedly approached a teenage boy, grabbed him by the throat before pushing him to the ground and punching him in the face.
The man then walked off towards town.
The boy sustained bruising as a result of the incident.
The suspect is described as a white man, aged in his 20s, of slim build, approximately 5ft 8ins in height, of tanned complexion, long hair and wearing all black; black tracksuit bottoms and a puffy black coat with fur on the hood.
