Police are appealing for witnesses after an assault in Sudbury left a man with facial injuries following a reported road-rage incident.
The incident took place at around 3.20pm on Wednesday 11 June along The Croft in the town. A driver was reportedly driving erratically along Gregory Street in the town leading to two drivers to exit their vehicles and a verbal altercation took place before the suspect punched the victim, a man aged in his 60s, to the face.
The male suspect was driving a white Mercedes. He is described as white, aged in his 60s, between 5ft 11ins and 6ft tall, with a shaved head. Another male was also in the vehicle.
Officers are appealing for witnesses or anyone that might have been driving in the area that has a dash camera. Anyone with information is asked to contact Suffolk police, quoting crime reference 37/31656/25, via:
