A Lowestoft man has been jailed for burgling a house in the town.
Paul Anderson, 55, of Fowlers Crescent, Corton, admitted the charge and appeared at Ipswich Crown Court for sentencing on Friday 20th September.
He was arrested after the owner of a house in Lyngate Avenue contacted police after discovering cash had gone missing amid signs of a break-in on 5th July.
Anderson was jailed for two years and 11 months.
The court was told he had 23 previous convictions, mostly for burglary or theft.
