Police are appealing for witnesses and information following an attempted robbery in Woodbridge.
At approximately 12.50am on Sunday 29 September, a woman was walking along Ship Meadow Walk when she was reportedly approached by two male youths, one of whom asked what was inside her purse.
The male has then reportedly pulled a knife out from a dark-coloured bumbag which was worn across his chest, following which the victim has run off.
The suspects are described as white, approximately 13-15 years’ old, around 5ft 7ins in height and of average build. One is described as having blonde hair, while the other is described as having brown hair and both wore their hoods up. The suspect with the bumbag was wearing a grey hooded top.
