A man from West Sussex has appeared at court charged possession with intent to supply Class A drugs after being stopped in Bury St Edmunds.
Acting upon intelligence, officers from Suffolk Constabulary’s West Sentinel Team stopped a vehicle on Out Northgate in the town on Wednesday 13 November.
Suspected Class A drugs and an amount of cash were located following a search and the driver was subsequently arrested.
Erald Ndreca, 29, of Lark Rise in Crawley, was subsequently charged with possession with intent to supply Class A drugs (cocaine) and acquiring, using or possessing criminal property.
He appeared at Ipswich Magistrates’ Court on Friday 15 November where he was remanded in custody to next appear at Cambridge Crown Court on 13 December.
