Police are appealing for witnesses to a serious traffic collision in Bromeswell.
Officers were called shortly after 12:45pm yesterday, Thursday 9 May, to reports of a collision involving a grey Kia Niro car and a black Yamaha motorcycle on the B1083, near Heath Road.
The motorcyclist, a woman aged in her 40s, sustained serious leg injuries and was initially taken to Ipswich Hospital, before being transported by land ambulance to Addenbrookes’ Hospital, for treatment to injuries that are potentially life changing.
Officers are appealing for any witnesses to the collision and asking any motorists driving in the area at the time of the incident with a dashcam fitted in their vehicle to review the footage.
