A man has been charged following a incident at Christchurch Park in Ipswich.
Police were called at around 8.10pm yesterday, Monday 29 July, to reports of an incident in Christchurch Park in Ipswich.
A man was arrested in Ipswich yesterday, Tuesday 30 July, on suspicion of a number of offences. He was taken to Martlesham Police Investigation Centre for further questioning.
Keith McKenzie, 48, of Bond Street in Ipswich, has now charged with two counts of possession of bladed article and remanded in custody to appear at Ipswich Magistrates Court on Thursday 1 August.
