Police are appealing for witnesses following a two-vehicle collision in Palgrave.
The incident occurred on the A143 Old Bury Road, near Priory Road, at approximately 6:45pm yesterday, Thursday 8 February.
The vehicles involved were a blue Toyota Aygo car and a white Peugeot Partner van.
Ambulance, air ambulance and fire crew also attended the scene.
The driver of the Toyota, a woman, sustained serious injuries and was taken to hospital via land ambulance.
The driver of the van, a man, had to be extracted from the vehicle. He was also taken to hospital having sustained minor injuries.
