Four teenagers have been arrested in connection with an incident in Lowestoft
Police received a report of suspicious activity after a group were seen in the St Margaret’s Road area late last night (Sunday 18 February). Their victim’s back gate had been damaged and on police arrival the door to the victim’s garage was found to be open and the victim’s vehicle on the driveway was found unlocked and the glovebox open. There was also a report of an attempted shed break in on Cambridge Road in the early hours of this morning.
Four teenager males were arrested a short while afterwards – a 15 year old on suspicion of burglary, a 15 year old on suspicion of burglary and criminal damage, a 13 year old on suspicion of burglary and interfering with a motor vehicle and criminal damage and 16 year old on suspicion of going equipped, burglary and criminal damage.
All four were taken to Great Yarmouth Police Investigation Centre for questioning where they remain.
