Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was bitten by a dog in Bury St Edmunds.
The incident occurred at approximately 10:10am on Saturday 3 August near Parkington Walk and Boby Road.
The victim was out walking when he was approached by a woman walking her dog, which bit him on the arm, causing it to bleed.
The dog is described as a black Greyhound, with a grey or white spot on the muzzle.
The owner of the dog was a woman who is described as white, aged in her 40s, approximately 6ft tall, and with curly red hair.
Anyone who believes they may know this woman, or who has any information regarding this incident, is asked to contact the Crime Coordination Centre, quoting reference: 37/44219/24.
