Police are appealing for witnesses to two burglaries that took place in the Linstead area of Halesworth.
The first one took place at some point between Monday 13 November at 4.30pm and Tuesday 14 November at 7.50am. An outbuilding property on a farm on Linstead Road had a rollershutter door forced open and a tractor, ride on lawnmower, compressor, chainsaws , mower deck , hedge cutter, strimmer and other power tools were stolen. 37/66455/23
The second incident took place at Linstead on a second farm on ROAD??? at some point between Monday 13 November and Tuesday 14 November at 9am with a tractor, (an Orange Kubota model), a ride-on lawnmower (an Orange Kubota model), and tools and gardening equipment stolen. 37/66478/23
Police enquiries are continuing and officers are linking to the two incidents and anyone who saw any suspicious activity or knows the whereabouts of any of the items stolen should contact police quoting the relevant crime number.
