Police are appealing for witnesses after a serious collision on the A14 near Creeting St Mary this morning.
One man sustained serious injuries in the incident at around 6.40am on the eastbound carriageway near the A140 junction at Beacon Hill. He was taken to Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge. Police, the Ambulance Service and the Air Ambulance were all deployed.
Diversions were put in place and remain for eastbound traffic. The westbound carriageway is now fully open.
One man was arrested at the scene by police on suspicion of drug driving and will be interviewed in due course.
