Man charged with drug offences - Newmarket

A man from Newmarket has been arrested and charged with drug offences.

26-year-old Toby Drane of no fixed address was arrested by police in Newmarket yesterday 15 March 2023 on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of controlled drugs and was taken to Bury St Edmund Police Investigation Centre for questioning.

He was further arrested in connection with two outstanding warrants and subsequently charged with being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs between 9 February and 14 March 2023.

He is due to appear before Ipswich Magistrates Court yesterday (Thu 16 March)  and was remanded for a further hearing at Ipswich Crown court on 13 April..
