Lowestoft burglary appeal

Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a burglary in Lowestoft in the early hours of this morning (Friday 24 March)

The incident occurred at some point between 4am and 4:20am at William Hill Bookmakers on London Road South.

The suspect(s) gained access via the rear of the premises. Once inside, they conducted a search but left empty handed.

They are believed to have fled via either Waterloo Road or Claremont Road. 

Anyone who may have witnessed the incident or saw anything suspicious in the surrounding area is asked to contact East CID at Lowestoft Police Station, quoting reference: 37/17231/23.
