Lowestoft – Appeal after park assault

Police are appealing for witnesses after a teenage girl was assaulted in Lowestoft.

The incident took place on Fen Park, Martins Avenue on Saturday 12 September sometime between 5:30pm and 6:15pm.

A 13-year-old girl in the park was approached by a group of older teenager girls and boys. One of the girls from this group then punched and kicked the victim, causing minor bruising to her face.

The suspect is described as approximately 15/16 years of age with blond hair and was wearing heavy make-up.
