Lowestoft - Appeal after incident of outraging public decency

Police are appealing for witnesses or information after an incident of outraging public decency.

The incident took place in the very early hours of Friday 31 July at around 00:05am on Royal Terrace in the town.

A woman was approached by a man on bike who propositioned her, asking for sex in return for money. The woman refused and the man then began masturbating in front of her.

The man is described as mixed race, around 25 years of age, with short hair on top and sides and a slicked back ponytail. He was wearing three-quarter length trousers and a light coloured top and was riding an expensive-looking white mountain bicycle.
