Kesgrave assault

Police are appealing for witnesses and information after a teenage girl was assaulted in Kesgrave.
The incident occurred at approximately 8:45am on Wednesday 8 March on Main Road, near Kesgrave High School.
The teenager was walking alone when an unknown woman approached her, reportedly shouting and swearing, and slapped the girl in the face. The woman then walked off in the direction of St Olaves Road.
The girl sustained swelling and was left distressed as a result of the incident.
The suspect is described as white, approximately 5ft 7ins in height and of average build. She has shoulder-length hair that is described as dark bleach in colour, with grey highlights and was wearing a short high-vis jacket, black leggings and grey trainers with geometric shapes.
