Ipswich – Unexplained death
Police are appealing for witnesses and information following the death of a man in Ipswich.
Officers were called by the ambulance service shortly after 2.10pm yesterday, Saturday 10 April, following reports that a man, who was aged in his 20s, had been found unconscious outside Griffin Court in Brickfield Close.
An ambulance was called and the man was taken to Ipswich Hospital, where he sadly died this evening.
A cordon remains in place while an investigation is carried out. At this time, the death is being treated as unexplained.
Next of kin have been informed.
Officers believe this is an isolated incident, with no wider threat to the community.
