Hollesley Bay – Absconder detained

A 35-year-old prisoner who absconded from Hollesley Bay has been arrested.

Peter Durman had been missing since 11pm on Thursday 12 November, but he was arrested on Sunday 12 December and has since been returned to the prison system.

Suffolk police would like to thank members of the public and media for their assistance with this appeal.

Police are appealing for help to trace a man  who has absconded from Hollesley Bay prison.
 
35 year old Peter Durman a failed to present for a roll call at 11pm Thursday 12 November. 
 
Durman is serving a sentence for robbery and driving while disqualified. He is described as five foot eight inches tall,  is of stocky build, has blue eyes and has stubble on his face. He also has a tattoo of a tiger on his right arm and has links to the Feltham area.
 
Enquiries are on-going to locate both males. Anyone who has seen either inmate or knows of their whereabouts should contact Suffolk police quoting CAD number 448 of 12 November 2020 for Durman.
