Dog attack in Sudbury

Police are appealing for witnesses to a dog attack incident in Sudbury.

It took place at about 6.15pm on Friday 31 July on Quay Lane in Ballingdon

The victim, who was out running, and saw a boy, thought to be about 12 years old, with a Staffordshire bull terrier type dog that was white and had brown patches. The dog then bit the victim, a man aged in his late 40s.  After the attack the boy ran off and no details were obtained. The male needed medical treatment for the injury.
