Attempted robbery - Lowestoft

Police are appealing for witnesses to an attempted robbery in Lowestoft.

It took place on Monday 13 September, between 11pm and 1130pm

Two males in a white transit van approached another male whilst walking his dog in the churchyard of St Margaret’s Church in Lowestoft. 

One male has taken hold of the dog walker, and the other has attempted to take the dog. The victim, aged in his 40s, managed to free himself and then ran off with his dog and both were unharmed.  There is no indication what breed of dog was involved.

There is no further descriptions for the two suspects or the vehicle used.
