Burglary - Freckenham

Police are appealing for witnesses to a burglary that took place in Freckenham near Mildenhall.

It happened at a property on North Street on Thursday 22 August 11:30am and 3.15pm.

The suspects are believed to have entered by jemmying front door of bungalow, and have made an untidy search of the bedroom, gaining access to safe by force and also gaining entry to gun cabinet stealing a shotgun with items of jewellery and notes also taken.

Anyone with information about the incident should contact police quoting crime reference 37/50439/19.
