Foxhall – Serious collision appeal

Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious road traffic collision in Foxhall earlier this month.

The incident occurred at around 8pm on Friday 17 January on Foxhall Road, near to the junction with Dobbs Lane, where a grey Mazda MX-5 and a white BMW M140i were involved in a collision.

The driver of the Mazda – a man aged in his 60s – was taken to Ipswich Hospital for treatment and he currently remains there, with his injuries now considered to be more serious than initially feared.

The driver of the BMW – a man aged in his 20s – sustained minor injuries.

Officers are appealing for any witnesses to the collision to make contact, along with anyone who was driving along Foxhall Road on the 17 January who saw either of the vehicles immediately prior to the collision, or who has a dashcam in their vehicle.
