Bury St Edmunds RTC appeal

Police are appealing for witnesses to a road traffic collision that took place in Bury St Edmunds.

It happened on Thursday 27 June  at about 10.50am on Whiting Street at the junction with Abbeygate Street.
It involved a white Mercedes Sprinter van  that was in collision with a female pedestrian, aged in her 80s. She was taken to Addenbrooke’s hospital with head injuries where she remains for treatment. 

Anyone with information or witnessed the collision is asked to contact Suffolk Constabulary’s Roads Policing Team on 101, quoting incident number 101 of 27 June.
