Reported accosting - Ipswich

Police are appealing for witnesses to an incident of a reported accosting that took place in Ipswich. 
 
The incident was reported on Saturday 25 January where an unknown male approached two young females, aged 11 and 12 on Kirby Street. It is claimed he asked them multiple times for a hug and also how old they were.
 
The girls then fled the scene. The suspect is described as in his late teens to early 20s, with black short hair. He was wearing a green, red and black hooded top, green jogging bottoms and trainers. The two girls were not touched or not hurt. There have been no other reports in the area of similar incidents.
