Lowestoft man pleads guilty to indecent images offences

A Lowestoft man has pleaded guilty to three offences relating to indecent images of children. 
Officers made an arrest of a male on 5 December 2018 after officers from the Internet Child Abuse Investigation Team attended a property in the town and arrested him on suspicion of possession of indecent images of children. He was taken to Great Yarmouth Police Investigation Centre for questioning. A search of the property was carried out and a number of electronic devices were seized for examination. 
60 year old Francis Wilson of Clarence Road in Lowestoft was subsequently charged with three counts of making indecent images of children, these were for category A, category B and category C images.
Wilson attended Ipswich Crown Court on Friday 20 December where he pleaded guilty to all three offences and he was released to be sentenced at Ipswich Crown Court week commencing 27 January.
