Eriswell – Appeal after serious road traffic collision

Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious road traffic collision near Eriswell.

Officers were called at around 7.50pm yesterday, Friday 25 October, following reports of a collision on the B1112, involving a single-vehicle – a Nissan – which left the road and collided with a tree.

The male driver was taken by ambulance to Addenbrooke’s Hospital after sustaining potentially life-threatening and life-changing injuries.

Anyone who may have witnessed the collision or who may have captured any dash-cam footage of the incident is asked to contact the Joint Roads and Armed Policing Team quoting CAD 348 of 25 October.
