Lowestoft - fail to stop appeal

Police are appealing for witnesses to a fail to stop collision that took place in Lowestoft.
 
At approximately 8:50pm on Saturday 13 April, a red car travelling east along Normanston Drive was involved in a collision with a cyclist at the junction of Monckton Crescent. The car failed to stop and continued in the direction of Fir Lane.

The cyclist, a woman in her 20s, sustained minor injuries which required hospital treatment.
 
It was reported that a member of public stopped at the scene to assist the cyclist and police are appealing for them, and any other witnesses to the collision, to come forward.
