Saxmundham common assault appeal

Police are appealing for witnesses after an incident of common assault in Saxmundham.

It took place on Tuesday 23 July at some point between 8.30am and 9am when a 10 year old boy was on his scooter riding along the footpath beside the Carlton Park caravan park.  When the boy had reached a location adjacent to the sports ground at the north entrance an unknown male put out his hand to grab the victim. No words or contact were made before the victim rode off unhurt.

The offender is described as a  man in his 30s, wearing a black flat cap, a blue hooded top.
