Ipswich fire - three people released under investigation

Three people arrested in connection with a fire that took place on Sunday 23 February in Ipswich have been released under investigation.
 
 Police and fire crews attended the former Tolly Cobbold Brewery in Cliff Quay after receiving reports of a fire at about 4.35pm.

A 29 year old male arrested on Sunday on suspicion of arson, a 26 year old man arrested on suspicion of arson on Monday (24 February), and a 44 woman also arrested yesterday afternoon on suspicion of assisting an offender have all been released under investigation pending further enquiries

Anyone who witnessed the incident or saw any suspicious activity at around the time of the fire should contact Ipswich police, quoting crime reference 37/11543/20.

Police have arrested two more people in connection with a fire that took place yesterday (Sunday 23 February) in Ipswich.
 
Police and fire crews attended the former Tolly Cobbold Brewery in Cliff Quay after receiving reports of a fire at about 4.35pm.
 
Surrounding roads were closed as crews tackled the blaze.
 
A 29 year old male was arrested later in the evening on suspicion of arson and taken to Martlesham Police Investigation Centre for questioning where he remains.
 
A 26 year old man was arrested on suspicion of arson this afternoon (24 February).
 
A 44 woman was also arrested this afternoon on suspicion of assisting an offender – both have bene taken to Martlesham Police Investigation Centre for questioning where they remain.
 
Anyone who witnessed the incident or saw any suspicious activity at around the time of the fire should contact Ipswich police, quoting crime reference 37/11543/20.
