Beacon Hill Services A140 – RTC appeal

Police are appealing for witnesses following a single-vehicle collision by the Beacon Hill services, near Coddenham.

The collision, involving a black Audi, occurred northbound on the A140 on Wednesday 16 October at around 2.50pm.

The driver, a 19-year-old man, was taken to hospital by ambulance. His injuries were not believed to be life-changing or life-threatening.

Three people in the vehicle including driver, all released from hospital the same night with bruising. 

Police are wanting to speak to anyone who saw a blue van in the area around the time of the incident. The vehicle is described as having two white stripes on the front, with black alloy wheels. 

Officers would be keen to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the collision or manner of driving or who may have captured any dash-cam footage at the time of the incident. Please quote reference CAD 233 of 16 October 2019.
