Man charged with Ipswich burglary

Police have charged a man in connection with a burglary in Ipswich.

Officers arrested a male on Civic Drive in the town in the early hours of Sunday morning (23 March)  on suspicion of burglary and he was taken to Martlesham Police Investigation Centre for questioning.

34 year old David Dixon of Old Foundry Road in Ipswich was subsequently charged with burglary of a property on Norwich Court in Ipswich at some point on 2 November last year where a Samsung tablet and HP laptop were stolen.

He was remanded and is due to appear before Ipswich Magistrates' Court today (Monday 23 March).
