Man arrested in Ipswich on suspicion of drug offences
Police have arrested a man in connection with drug offences in Ipswich.
Officers had reason to call at an address on Burrell Road in the town yesterday at about midday (Wed 21 January) following intelligence received. On attendance police found multiple bags of cannabis for dealing as well as various other items including two mobile phones and a small amount of cash which were also seized.
Officers arrested a 19 year old man on suspicion of possession of class A drugs, possession of class A drugs with intent to supply and possession of drugs with intent to supply other than class A drugs. He was taken to Martlesham Police Investigation Centre for questioning. He was subsequently released under investigation pending further enquiries.
