Man charged with Beccles burglary

Police have charged a man in connection with burglary offences, including one in Beccles.

It follows a burglary and attempted burglary at a property on Petit Couronne Way in the town on Wednesday 7 August at about 2am.

Two vehicles a Mercedes AMG and BMW X6 worth around £50,000 in total were stolen. The Mercedes was later recovered in Harlow on Thursday 8 August. The BMW has yet to be recovered.

31 year old Cieran Brytz of Brockles Mead in Harlow was arrested and subsequently charged on Wednesday 18 September 2019 with burglary.

He was also charged with a burglary and an attempted burglary at two addresses on Priory Road in St Olaves in Norfolk that had also taken place on Wednesday 7 August and four burglaries in Essex that occurred between 13 and 18 August.

He was remanded into custody until a date to be confirmed for a court hearing after first appearing at Chelmsford Magistrates on Thursday 19 September.
