Felixstowe – Appeal following serious road traffic collision

Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious road traffic collision in Felixstowe.
 
Officers were called at approximately 12.05am on Friday 14 February following reports of a collision on the A14, near to the roundabout at Walton Avenue involving a Peugeot 307 and a passenger of the vehicle.
 
The passenger, a man aged in his 40s, got out of the moving vehicle and as a result, he sustained head injuries. He was taken to hospital by an ambulance.
 
Officers would keen to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the manner of driving prior to the collision.
 
Anyone who may have witnessed the collision or who may have captured any dash-cam footage of the incident is asked to contact Suffolk police, quoting CAD reference 1 of 14 February.
