Arrest after fail to stop incident in Needham Market

Police are appealing for witnesses to a fail to stop RTC that took place at Needham Market.

It took place on Sunday 10 November when a male, aged in his 60s was in collision with a vehicle on Barretts Lane. The male is believed to have suffered a broken hip. 

A 45 year old man was subsequently arrested on suspcion of failing a breath test and taken to Bury St Edmunds Police Investigation Centre for questioning and released under investigation.

Officers are still appealing for witnesses - anyone with information is asked to contact Stowmarket police, quoting crime reference 37/68132/19.
