Felixstowe drug arrest and charge

Police have arrested and charged a man in Felixstowe in connection with a drug offence. 
 
Officers received intelligence to attend an address on Grange Road  on Tuesday 12 May.
 
One 24 year old male was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class B drugs and he was taken to Martlesham Police Investigation Centre for questioning.  Following a search of the property a quantity of cannabis, cash, scales and a mobile phone were recovered from the property.
 
Martin Lambden of no fixed abode was subsequently charged with possession with intent to supply of class B drugs and remanded to appear before Ipswich Magistrates Court on Wednesday 13 May where he was further remanded to appeear beofre Ipswich Crown Court at a date to be confirmed.
 
Suffolk police wants to ensure the county remains a hostile environment for those involved in the supply of drugs  and continues to pursue, disrupt and arrest those suspects as well as acting on intelligence that members of the public provide and for which we are grateful for.
