Two arrested in connection with Reydon robbery

Two people have been arrested on suspicion of robbery following an incident that took place in Reydon.

It happened on Sunday 5 May at 8.35pm to 8.40pm on Elliott Avenue.

At 8.35pm the victim, a 16 year old male, left his home address to visit a friend. At the junction of Elliott Avenue and Covert Road, he was assaulted with what the victim believed to be baseball bat. This caused victim to fall off his bicycle and he then ran up Elliot Road, leaving his bicycle. The victim sustained a wound to the head.

On Tuesday 7 May two 16 year old boys were arrested on suspicion of robbery and taken to Great Yarmouth Police Investigation Centre for questioning. They were released under investigation pending further enquiries.
