Lowestoft theft

Police are appealing for witnesses and information following an incident of theft in Lowestoft.
 
At approximately 11:30pm on Tuesday, 4 June, a 21-year-old man was walking along Boston Road when he was approached by two people. One asked the victim for money, who replied that he didn’t have any. The suspects then asked the victim for his phone, which he handed over and the pair walked away.

The suspects, believed to be male, were both wearing dark clothing and wore scarves covering their faces.

Police are appealing for witnesses, or anyone with further information about this incident or the possible identity of the suspects to come forward. Anyone who can help with enquiries is asked to contact the Lowestoft Neighbourhood Response Team on 101 quoting reference 37/31890/19.
