Dog incident in Kesgrave

Police are appealing for the owner of a dog to come forward following an incident in Kesgrave.

It happened on Friday 5 April at some point between 4.30pm and 5pm.

 A  46 year old woman was walking her nine month old King Charles dog off the lead in the area of Foxhall stadium, close to Glanville Place. During the walk her dog was approached and attacked by a greyhound dog which was on the lead and with two adult walkers. It was later discovered that the King Charles dog suffered internal injuries and a day later sadly died as a result of the attack.
