Purdis Farm - Appeal after lead thefts from houses

Police are urging vigilance and appealing for witnesses after a number of lead thefts in Purdis Farm.

Officers have received 20 reports of lead being stolen from houses in the Meadow Crescent area of Purdis Farm on the outskirts of Ipswich. All the incidents took place overnight between Sunday 3 November and Monday 4 November. Lead flashing from around some of the windows of the properties was stolen.
