Indecent exposure - Lowestoft

Police are appealing for witnesses to a incident of indecent exposure.
 
It took place on Wednesday 2 October at about 9.45am on the beach north of Lowestoft, locally known as Tramps Alley. 
 
A female, aged in her 50s, walking on the beach was engaged in conversation by a male who was walking his dog which was described as a Husky. As they parted the female looked back and saw the man had exposed himself and appeared to be conducting an indecent act on himself.
 
The suspect is described as a white male, with a ruddy complexion, in his early 50s, is of stocky build, with bald or little hair, grey jogging bottoms and a jacket.
