Police appealing for witnesses to a road traffic collision that took place at Nayland.

It happened on Monday 2 September at just after 8am on the A134 at the junction with Wiston Road.

A Range Rover Sport was in collision at the junction with a Triumph Bonneville motorcycle. Officers would like to speak to the driver of a white van who was believed to be present at the scene of the collision and who may have seen the incident.

The motorcyclist, aged in his 50s, was taken to hospital for treatment to a broken arm and potential pelvic injuries. The road that was closed whilst initial investigations were carried out re-opened at just after 1pm.
