Arrest after Ipswich burglary

Police have arrested a man in connection with a burglary in Ipswich.

It took place overnight at some point between Sunday 31 May at 9.30pm to Monday 1 June at 6.25am when an offender entered a property on London Road by smashing the window and forcing the door and a laptop was stolen.

Following police enquires, officers arrested a 36 year old man who was taken to Martlesham Police Investigation Centre for questioning.

He was subsequently released under investigation pending further enquiries.
