Haverhill robbery witness appeal

Police are appealing for witnesses to a report of a robbery in Haverhill.

It happened Wednesday 31 July at about 5:40am when the victim, a man aged 18, was walking along Withersfield Road when he was approached by two white males. 

One of the males has struck him across the top of the head with an unknown object causing a two inch laceration. The males demanded the victim’s coat, before they stolen a bag containing his mobile phone and cash and his coat.
